You are the only one who needs to "understand" what you create in Creative Discovering, and even that isn't always the case. In fact, I often tell participants that just going through the Creative Discovering process can be all that is needed for a positive shift. You may "understand" what you drew, you may not, and it is even possible that your "understanding" will shift with time.
